Share Buyback
The Annual General Meeting of A-TEC Industries AG held on 27 June 2008 authorised the Management Board to acquire shares in the Company in accordance with section 65(1)(8) Austrian Companies Act. The Management Board has now resolved to make use of this authorisation to repurchase own shares.
