Compliance Guidelines
A-TEC Industries has prepared groupwide internal Compliance Guidelines based on the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 1989 and the Austrian Financial Market Authority’s Issuers Compliance Regulation (ECV).
The Guidelines set out the principles governing the dissemination of information inside the organisation and the organisational measures designed to prevent the abuse or disclosure of insider information.
